Ocean Reef Marina Update

Progress continues at Ocean Reef Marina – a project that we have been undertaking for DevelopmentWA.
Late last year, the State Government announced a funding uplift for the project to include Perth’s first coastal pool. The Olympic-sized pool is expected to be in place by 2025 with the multi-staged construction of the marina due for final completion by 2036.
The Premier said the new funding would ensure the asset was enjoyed for generations to come.
“The Ocean Reef Marina is one of the most important development projects in our State, creating more than 8600 construction jobs, and will ultimately inject $3 billion into the Western Australian economy,” he said.
