AILA Award for City of Vincent Link and Place Guidelines
The City of Vincent Link and Place Guidelines received a Landscape Architecture Award for Landscape Planning at the 2024 AILA WA Awards. Big congratulations to the City of Vincent and our collaborators Hames Sharley and ARUP.
Applying the globally recognised ‘Link and Place’ methodology, and responding to the City of Vincent’s Accessible City Strategy direction, the Guidelines provide a holistic approach to street planning and design in Vincent to serve the competing needs of its users and uses.
The project demonstrates the value of delivering street design improvements that balance land use, transport, and landscape. We’re proud to have been a part of the team behind their development and we’re looking forward to seeing how the Guidelines continue to be implemented to create enhanced public spaces for the community.
