Claremont on the Park

Claremont on the Park is a collection of leafy shared garden spaces for a pair of award-winning apartment buildings.

The green veil is a vertical garden element that enhances privacy and creates a striking visual feature to the communal spaces.

The garden spaces have been designed to provide a green veil to the apartment block’s central courtyard - a move that simultaneously enhances privacy to the apartments and boosts visual interest to the communal spaces.

Structural and planting components combine to enhance connections in outdoor settings.

Formed through structural and planting components, the landscape architectural interventions were configured to enhance connections in outdoor settings. Planting terraces blur the line between communal and personal edges and integrated seating entice informal interactions.

The project extends over two lots at the Claremont Oval Redevelopment.

The garden elements were configured in ways that respond to being viewed from a range of angles. From above, the occupants of the many apartments on the upper floors enjoy a unique view onto an intricately textured green oasis.
